Question: What services do you offer?

Answer: We offer a range of services including tax preparation, compliance audits, startup strategy, digital automation, mobile lab testing, CPR training, notary services, and custom systems consulting. You can view all offerings on the Services page.

Question: How soon can I get started?

Answer: Most services can begin within 24–72 hours of booking. If you're submitting paperwork or need onboarding templates, check your welcome email for next steps.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers, Zelle, and payment links through Stripe. Select services may require a deposit to confirm.

Question: Do you offer virtual tax preparation?

Answer: Yes. We offer secure mobile app access and encrypted document upload to make tax filing fast and convenient — no office visit needed.

Question: Can you help with business taxes or just personal?

Answer: We handle both! Whether you're filing as an individual, LLC, S-Corp, or nonprofit, we’ll walk you through what’s needed.

Question: I’m behind on taxes. Can you help?

Answer: Absolutely. We offer back tax help, amendments, and IRS resolution services. You're not alone — and it's never too late to get back on track.

Question: What’s included in your compliance or business setup packages?

Answer: Packages may include EIN setup, operating agreements, compliance audits, tax registrations, automation flows, and custom onboarding templates. We tailor based on your industry.

Question: I need help organizing my back office — can you do that?

Answer: Yes! We specialize in systemizing your operations using workflows, AI tools, and automation so you can save time and scale.

Question: Are your lab services available at home or on-site?

Answer: Yes. We offer mobile phlebotomy, testing, and CPR certifications at your home, office, or event site (based on availability and location).

Question: Do you accept insurance?

Answer: At this time, our lab and wellness services are cash-based. However, we’ll provide invoices you may submit for potential reimbursement.

Question: Are you a mobile or remote notary?

Answer: We provide mobile notary and apostille services in select Georgia counties. Remote online notary (RON) is also available where allowed.

Question: What documents do I need notarized or apostilled?

Answer: Common documents include power of attorney, medical forms, business agreements, travel consent, and international school or legal forms. If you’re unsure, we can guide you through it.
