REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for all bookings, digital products, consultations, and services provided by LaTrisha Adams, LLC® (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, booking, or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. General Policy

• All bookings, consultations, and digital product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services or downloaded digital products under any circumstances.

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to retain credit for future use.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital products, templates, or courses (once accessed or downloaded).

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals.

  • Completed consulting sessions, tax preparation, or strategy calls.

2. Service-Specific Terms

• Tax Services & Amendments: Fees for tax returns, amendments, or audit support are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for unfunded returns, audit outcomes, or tax prep fees offset by government garnishments. Unpaid balances may result in immediate collection activity or legal action.

• Consulting & Business Services: Each service engagement (tax, business strategy, branding, AI systems, etc.) is billed as a separate paid engagement and is non-transferable.

• CPR, Certification, or Training Classes: Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time are non-refundable, but you may be rescheduled for the next available session (at our discretion).

3. Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, and courses are final sale.

• We are unable to issue refunds due to the instant-access nature of these products.

• If you encounter technical issues accessing your download, contact us within 48 hours at support@latrishaadams.com for assistance.

4. Cancellations or Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, contact us at support@latrishaadams.com at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will forfeit payment.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new Effective Date.
